This is basically going to be about me venting about the retards in the gym using equipment they clearly don't have a clue about!!!
Yesterday I saw this lady using an ab machine... yes a machine for abs.. embarrassing right off the bat, and she was moving about an inch back and forth. I actually thought she was having a seizure because in no way was that a workout.
In the same abs/stretching area this girl was also attempting to do some ab exercise on the yoga ball... again, moving only about 2 inches, but this time she was just sitting on the ball, not even on the lower portion of her back or anything even close to accurate.
Following that, there is always 5-10% of the gym goers that watch others and attempt to imitate. This almost always leads to failure for the beginner lifters. Ie. This 14-17 yr old was watching one of the bigger guys do cable flyes, and decided to try it out for himself, but he put too much weight and it took him all of his strength and energy to get the cables together before starting his set, then stopped and was done. hahahaha so many lulz were had!
That's all I have for now, but I'll be hitting the gym soon and I can guarantee I'll have more!
Man I see too many of these phaggots on the ab machine. What do they think it's going to do for them? Just do weighted crunches and cut, only way you're going to see your abs.
